I use a network of like-minded creatives to develop and commission stories about people, travel, food, interiors, design and just about everything in between.

The most enjoyable part of my job is searching for new photography talent from all over the world. I like partnering with creatives, evolving concepts and bringing ideas to life through engaging, original photography.

In 2011 I joined British Vogue as Deputy Photo Editor, where I worked commissioning and editing photography for 5 years. I moved to The Guardian as Acting Head of Photography at the in-house creative studio GLabs, where I oversaw partnerships with brands like Airbnb, Dorset Cereals and The Woodland Trust. More recently I was at Culture Trip as Photo Lead where I ran the global photography team, overseeing editorial content, the print magazine and commercial partnerships. I have a longstanding relationship with with Monocle working across the magazine, seasonal newspapers, books and the launch of a new women’s title Konfekt.

In 2020 I joined Airbnb as Creative Lead, Photography. I work on global campaigns, seasonal launches and marketing projects. Photography is central to the Airbnb brand and I work with the creative teams both in the US and Europe.
